I've heard the HL CD from Painesville and didn't think it was bad. HOWEVER, I am not a musician! lol I can't "pick apart" things during songs and most of the time, I think everything sounds good! lol But that's with all the bands. Good morning all. Monica, I think Nobeer is looking to have Bloggers' Nite in May. As long as the weather is nice enough.
Char: got some work done yesterday, huh? lol I was off last week so once I cleared off my desk yesterday, it was all good. I'm off this Friday too for the Home Opener. Can't wait.
I'm looking forward to Idol tonight as they're singing country. Wonder what Mandiva is going to sing? :-)
Char: Your kids will just love a cruise. How old are they? My daughter was 11 when we went and she had a blast! Of course, I did too. However, a week at the islands sound like a good plan too. Went to the Falls last year for a few days during Spring Break.
Have any of you been to the Seneca Niagra casino yet? I went last fall and it's pretty nice. You can walk to the Falls from the casino and you actually get complimentary beverages while gambling; just like Vegas. Several long island iced teas later, I realized how much money I actually lost. LOL
lol HEY NOW.. Black and white might remind me too much of my dearly departed Lucky :( she's been gone over two months and finally just took her carrier out of my trunk.
lol I have a calico at home and somehow she's become his buddy now lol.. although she sleeps with us.. but he spoils her w/ treats and what not she sees him and starts meowing like crazy lol
I had mine for 11 yrs.. worse part was she died infront of my daughter after school and I had to rush home and console her she had the cat since she was 5 was very hard on both of us. She still cant look at pictures of her yet..
Miss Nobeerhere, Earlier this year, the Executive Officers of clevelandcountry.blogspot.com appointed you the committe chair of "bloggers night out". Please confirm that a date and site have been secured. Thank you in advance for your leadership and event planning skills.
How do you take care of all those cats? I have one and he is a handful. Granted he is 16lbs and eats like a horse. He is a Maine Coon. 2 yrs old. They say they grow until they are 5 years old. He has so much fur I can't keep up with the grooming. And he eats so much keeping up with his litter box is a constant thing. But I love him. Of course his name is Toby.
The last time I saw JDH's ego, it was in a mason jar sitting on the stage at the Last Chance. I can neither confirm nor deny possesion of said ego, as mine will become extremely jealous!
Todd- be careful WHERE you hold that candle! Explsions are possible!
It was "Country" night with Kenny Rodgers...Keith Urban, Shania, Reba, Gary Allen, Martina, and John Denver. Great melodies don't need powerhouse voices. Country music/vocals are more difficult than people assume. Big surprise...Simon HATES country.
Taylor...struggled with Country Roads. Am I the only person that thought he should have done Wave on Wave with that soulful voice?
Mandisa...FAILED! It was a horrible song for her. Oh...where the heck is the stylist?
Elliott...Mr. Webster says "he's not singing the story".
Paris...LeeAnn Rymes/Trisha Yearwood both cringed last night. This could be her last week.
Ace...OuH RAH, he even looked like Keith Urban for a second. Last night he found "it"
Kellie...still love this girl, the Mr. was shaking his head in disagreement. She is the target of "Vote for the Worst" and tabloid gossip/photos.
Katherine...way up in the pre-lim polls, still OVERATED.
Chris...AKA "Rocker Cowboy" was AWESOME. Turns out he's a rebel from a country family.
Bucky...sang right to Mrs. Bucky, who wouldn't love a man that does that!
Morning! Web, I hadn't thought about it, but Taylor would have done much better w/ Wave on Wave. Chris sang good but he seemed to have that "deer in the headlights" look. Maybe he was trying to be sexy or soulful staring into the camera, but I thought he looked scared!
I did think Ace did a great job and Chris was good too. Kellie did great but she was in her element. I think Paris will be in the bottom three but not quite sure who the other two may end up being.
Heres my hopes for the future>John singing Born to be Wild.Jay singing Band On The Run.Foot singing Lawyers,Guns and Money.Todd singing Pinball Wizard.Ross singing I shot the Sheriff!
Doing great. Hope all is well with you. Love the Lodi Outlet place. I'm just gearing up for the Home Opener tomorrow. I was off last week for spring break and I'm off again tomorrow. Hope the weather stays decent.
I not surprised Mandesa was voted off Idol. I was surprised she made it in the first place. The various blogs insist it was racist. How surprising is that.
Not surprised that Frank Dunch has been recognized as an awesome guitar player. Frankly, did guitar world call Laredo and tell them.
hl fan...I would appreciate it if you would stop sending me ridiculous emails. You have made your point. My position is not going to be changed by ANYTHING you have to say/post/email. It is what it is. Would you like my Heartland T-shirts?
Never mind. I see it's Images. Do they get a decent country crowd there? I'll be downtown at the game...not sure I'll be in any condition to head to Strongsville after that!
Out by first base. Not sure of the exact section. My friend bought the tickets and still has them. We never sit in our seats anyway...the ticket is just to get us in the door.
The rush to judgement that I was bashing T-bone. Not the case, the post was in support of Frank. Frank was aced, ask him. He will tell you he knew nothing about being dealt to Backwoods. Not a slam to Backwoods either.
Mr. Ross Does the documentation mention that Frank had no clue, anyone that wants to know, just ask Frank. I am willing to bet 400 million dollars that he will say he did not know and I am willing to bet another 200 million dollars most everyone when asked which is the better player they would chose Frank over the steak.
blonde? guitar world-guitar center does it really matter. Frank won. different sound, different style, don't know new country, all translates to not as good, or cannot hold a candle.
Everybody- LET IT GO! You're starting to sound like politicians..."who knew what & when" when it doesn't matter!! Laredo is happy, Frank is happy, Backwoods is happy, TBone is happy! I'm ecstatic! Todd & I stood side-by-side at guitar center watching the semi-finals, both showing support for Frank. If you're not immediately involved, there is no reason to comment. If you are immediately involved, you know what's what. For those not paying attention......LET IT GO!
Thank you very good!
The preceding sermon was brought to you courtesy of the T.B. Foot "Can't we all just get along" campaign.
Mr. Ross What Frank says does matter, and with all due respect Mr. Foot, Frank isn't thrilled about his situation. Ask him. Someone give Frank the blog address, that should settle it, and I can keep 600 million dollars.
Blogger server is down. I can only access through main page controls.
Ross/Frankley Who has that kind of money to throw around? My opinion...your both right!
Lesson # 1 This lesson supersedes all others, and should be incorporated into frontman school and perfected BEFORE customizing Watermelon Crawl. Do NOT discuss human resource issues with "EVERYBODY"...then "EVERYBODY"will not form an opinion and blog on!
The "server host" was out of commission most of the night and all morning. Maybe, that was a blessing.
So...NO, no one was blocked from accessing the blog by me.
The email becomes comical when the blog is down...except for hl fan. The rules are the same as they have always been.
You and your words are welcome. No profanity...grandama's log on. The blog is OP/ED! Be truthful to your perspective. Be prepared for opposition. I do NOT post your story for you. Yes...I am selective about direct responding to email.
TONIGHT* 4/8

* according to posted schedules, everybody else is off.
The new baby blog splept through the night. The visits from Uncle Ernie, Uncle Foot, Uncle Hardy, Uncle Michael, Aunt Charlene and Cousin Ziggy were much appreciated. Student visits will be permitted Monday afternoon.
Mr. Webster can barely take care of himself, much less a new baby...I may need to take maternity leave.
We decieded to move the baby to his own room. "Pop Culture" requires a "student friendly" environment.
Guess I have to jump to the male defense! Ummmm, ummmm, ummmm, sorry bud, you're on your own!
On the bright side, I was damn proud Saturday night at Aces! Harmony, Waylon, Johnny Cash, and Ernie sang! You boys have come a long way since I saw you the last time! Congratulations, LAWLESS!!

I did think Ace did a great job and Chris was good too. Kellie did great but she was in her element. I think Paris will be in the bottom three but not quite sure who the other two may end up being.

It is my pleasure to introduce to you the Great Northern Guitar Center "King of the Blues".....
MISTER FRANK DUNCH!!!!
Go get 'em Frank!
Reviewed the top 4 IDOL on-line polls. Looks like Paris, Mandisa, and Elliott are in trouble.
Dial Idol monitors busy signals to make thier projections. They have Elliott and Mandisa in the bottom two.
Two others have Paris and Elliott in the bottom two.
AOL poll has Paris and Bucky with the least amount of on-line votes.
Ernie
Who do you think will be going home this week?
lets see
Goodmorning America!

Good Morning all! I was a little surprised that Mandisa was the one to go home last night. I really thought it would be Paris.

Enjoy your day off and I hope the Tribe wins tomorrow!Ill be back in here later Molly.Talk to you later! This unit is 10-7
I not surprised Mandesa was voted off Idol. I was surprised she made it in the first place. The various blogs insist it was racist. How surprising is that.
Not surprised that Frank Dunch has been recognized as an awesome guitar player. Frankly, did guitar world call Laredo and tell them.
Breaker 19 Breaker 19 for a radio check!
That was a pretty short shopping trip, Michael.
Hey Molly!I dont fool around!
Todds Tonsils were nowhere to be found in Lodi!
Just thought that if you drove all that way to shop, you'd linger a little bit.
Molly!I dont like to linger!I buy what I need and leave!I did check out some of the woman lingering around!
hl fan...I would appreciate it if you would stop sending me ridiculous emails. You have made your point. My position is not going to be changed by ANYTHING you have to say/post/email. It is what it is. Would you like my Heartland T-shirts?
that is funny...I had to pay flippen retail!
Hey Webster!Hows are the Websters doing?
Michael, I'd expect that from a guy! Buy what you came there for and move on. I do the same thing. I'm not too much into shopping.
Molly!2 pairs of Lee jeans for 38.16 and a pair of Nike Tenna shoes for 52.99!Im set for awile!
Hey John!I heard a rumor that you were going to sing Born to Be Wild in the not to distant future!lol

Web, Heartland has already "regrouped".
GO TRIBE!!!!
JDH, now one never knows, huh? lol I guess they'll just have to take it one day/week at a time. Where is Lawless tonight?
Never mind. I see it's Images. Do they get a decent country crowd there? I'll be downtown at the game...not sure I'll be in any condition to head to Strongsville after that!
Goodmorning! The game might get rained out Molly!
Michael, I'm still keeping my fingers crossed!
Go Tribe!Where is your seat at Molly?
Out by first base. Not sure of the exact section. My friend bought the tickets and still has them. We never sit in our seats anyway...the ticket is just to get us in the door.
A friend of mine has an xtra ticket!Im not going! Its somewhere by third base!
Yeah, it's lightening up over here and the rain is letting up. A lot can happen in five hours....
Michael, you should go!
Okay everybody!Have a wonderfulday!Ill be back later!Molly!Ill bet you a beer the Tribe blows it!Oopps!Did I say that?
The rush to judgement that I was bashing T-bone. Not the case, the post was in support of Frank. Frank was aced, ask him. He will tell you he knew nothing about being dealt to Backwoods. Not a slam to Backwoods either.
To anybody thats wants to know!Best buy is having a sale on all country cds $14.99 and under for $9.99!Of course I bought 6 cds!
Mr. Ross
Does the documentation mention that Frank had no clue, anyone that wants to know, just ask Frank.
Foot
"Can't we all just get along"
campaign.
Mr. Ross
What Frank says does matter, and with all due respect Mr. Foot, Frank isn't thrilled about his situation. Ask him. Someone give Frank the blog address, that should settle it, and I can keep 600 million dollars.
Blogger server is down. I can only access through main page controls.

Who has that kind of money to throw around? My opinion...your both right!
Lesson # 1
This lesson supersedes all others, and should be incorporated into frontman school and perfected BEFORE customizing Watermelon Crawl.
Do NOT discuss human resource issues with "EVERYBODY"...then "EVERYBODY"will not form an opinion and blog on!
Wha-LA, back to normal.

Mr. and Mrs. Webster are pleased to announce the birth of a new baby blog.
Born: 4/8/2006 @ 4:11pm EST.
He has all his fingers/toes and his father's eyes.
Visiting Hours
24/7 at mrwebsterspopculture.blogspot.com
Yep...I am the proud father of a baby pop culture blog. His mother is doing fine, up and posting.
SUNDAY NIGHT COUNTRY
